1. I think the peer review should be anonymous.

2. I don't think much focus should be placed on such things as spelling and puncuation, but I mean..if it looks like it was written by a monkey, you might want to tell them to clean it up a little bit.

3. I beleve that people should be allowed to write about topics of their choice.
